Izzo MyWay Valchiria Dual Fuel Coffee Machine

Izzo brings to you the latest model of professional espresso machines, the new Izzo MyWay VALCHIRIA. This is a manually operating espresso machine that guarantees an espresso coffee extraction in the full respect of the Italian tradition. Handbuilt in Italy, these machines are a thing of beauty.

With its innovative design, Valchiria goes over the classic and traditional lines of commercial machines. Completely made of polished stainless steel with rounded corners, the Valchiria is a machine that really stands out and you will receive many admiring comments by your customers. The machine is also equipped with anti-burn water and steam wands made of stainless steel helping you and your staff to avoid burns.

The machine is a dual full model so you have the option of running on full electric or LPG gas, dramatically reducing your power requirements. We have had the machine fitted in our Citreon H Van for the past 3 years and this has enabled us to trade at small markets running on our own low power generator to large scale events like the Golf Open, connected to commercial generators running on full power.

However, the machine is just as at home in a coffee shop and can be run on full electric with no gas connection required.

The Valchiria will make coffee after coffee as fast as your Barista can work without missing a step, a true workhorse. The only other dual fuel machine on the market is the Fracino which the Valchiria runs rings round with built quality, looks, and most importantly, the coffee it produces.
