Catering Pod - Coffee Shop - Events/Markets/Festivals
This 3 month old unit is a purpose-built catering pod with a towing hook-up and electrical indicator connection for towing. Ideal for festivals and events work. Mains or generator powered - not included.
Once stationary and ready to set-up, there is a height adjustable tow bar. There are four stabilising jacks on each corner to secure the unit and also help to level it on uneven ground.
The interior of the unit is fully fitted with shelving and coated stainless steel on all surfaces meaning easy cleaning and hard wearing.
All equipment was supplied and fitted by Clifton Coffee Roasters in Bristol.
There is a La Marzocco Linea PB 2 Group machine fitted. The machine is three months old and has lots of warranty left. If you know anything about coffee machines, this is the flagship and will turn out hundreds of cups a day without missing a beat. The unit is fitted to the front of the unit to act as the central point of the trailer. The coffee machine comes with pump and all included accessories and also has the Precision Pack option that includes 2 portafilters that are weighted exactly the same for easy dosing measurements.
The entire set-up is plumbed into a BWT water filtration system, accumulator and pump. The coffee machine gets the same consistent pressure you would get from a domestic/commercial tap but with the higher quality of a filtration system. There is a shut off valve for transportation.
There is a Marco water boiler plumbed into the existing set-up too. This allows for multiple hot water doses without straining the espresso machine, thus leaving out dedicated to producing coffee and keeping the temperature consistent throughout.
There is a Victoria Arduino Mythos One Grinder and a Puq Press v2. Both items are three months old and along with all the other equipment have been used for a pop-up configuration which has now ended, hence the sale.
There is a mid-sized under-counter fridge with a glass door for retail. Worth around £200.
I don’t really want to split everything up and would prefer to sell the catering unit as is for someone you be able to use it immediately.
In the previous pitch we had mains electricity but for portable use, you would require a generator. I have included the custom generator cables (worth almost £300).
Large free-standing knock-box.
The unit includes around £500 worth of storage containers, cups, accessories and consumables.
Several security devices fitted and included - to be disclosed on enquiry.
12 oz biodegradable double walled cups with lids
10 oz biodegradable cups with lids
6 oz biodegradable cups with lids
small and large paper bags
Brown sugar sachets
I am listing the entire unit at £20,000 (worth well over £25,000) but am open to reasonable offers.
