Our beloved "Vicky"
We started roasting on this Vittoria drum roaster in 2015 and have to date roasted just over 3000 awesome batches of coffee with it. This roaster is still currently in use as we wait for the arrival of a larger roaster. This Vittoria has been that good to us that we have decided to stick with Vittoria just going for a larger model to meet our growing demands.
We have been roasting on average about 500kg a week taking around 15 hours to do so.

Motor has been recently serviced and the paint work has been renewed
